In 2012, Dale was named Food & Wine magazine's "The People's Best New Chef Southeast." In 2014, he opened Seabear Oyster Bar and Condor Chocolates, both in Athens. Save yourself a road trip (for this Saturday, at least) by checking out Chef Dale under the demo tents at PRFM.

Summer Revival

Saturday, July 16

Andreas Mรผller | Revival

A Swedish chef walks into the South. But seriously, some of Andreas Mรผller's fondest memories from growing up in Sweden revolve around food; and as executive chef at Kevin Gillespie's Revival, Mรผller uses his childhood nostalgia along with Gillespie's Southern roots (and precise techniques...and farm-fresh ingredients) to elevate traditional Southern family-style suppers. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, Mรผller first worked under Gillespie as chef de partie at Woodfire Grill. After Woodfire, he took on sous chef roles at 4th & Swift and H. Harper Station before rejoining Gillespie (beards reunite!) at Gunshow as a "kitchen dude" and now at Revival. Stop by this Saturday's chef demo to learn how to revive your summer produce routine (hooray puns)!
