Eric Roberts | The Iberian Pig
The Iberian Pig is one of Decatur's most popular restaurants, and the mastermind behind the delicious Spanish-inspired fare is Executive Chef Eric Roberts. From his early days working in kitchens to cooking his way up the culinary ladder at Atlanta institutions like Buckhead Diner and Nava, Chef Eric says his love for southern food gave him the drive to be a part of the food world. A lover of local ingredients, he incorporates the fresh food from farmers into the food that keeps Atlantans coming back for more. Chef Roberts is making the Spanish classic Escalivada, featuring grilled eggplant, heirloom tomatoes, onions, garlic, and chilies.
