Chef Demo | 10:00 am
Rusty Bowers | Pine St. Market

You know how PRFM smells like incredible bacon? That's because Rusty Bowers and team makes incredible bacon, among other things. Rusty is the owner/operator of Pine Street Market, the artisan butcher shop in Avondale Estates and regular market vendor. He started cooking at resorts fresh out of high school with stints in Hawaii, Austria, and Turkey, and then went on to the Culinary Institute of America. Along the way, he fell in love with the traditional art of whole animal butchering and curing meats. Stop by the demo tent for some tips you're sure to use this summer and beyond.

Wednesday, June 1
