Rebecca Lang is an author, cooking instructor, and a multi-generation Southerner. Born and raised in South Georgia, she is the author of The Southern Vegetable Book: A Root-to-Stalk Guide to the South's Favorite Produce. Rebecca will be cooking from the spring section of her book for the demo. Her cookbook is for sale all morning at the Cathedral Bookstore tent, with a signing following her demo.

Every Wednesday from 4:30 to 8 p.m., take a break from cooking with food and drink from Market vendors both familiar and new, and a rotating popup schedule of Atlanta's favorite chefs. Food is available to-go or to enjoy at on-site picnic tables!
