You know and love her from destinations like Bacchanalia, Floataway Café, Little Bacch, Star Provisions, and most recently, her Ponce City Market restaurant W. H. Stiles Fish Camp (aka Dub’s). Plan to cross off one more item on that list by picking up a special cookbook, Summerland: Recipes for Celebrating with Southern Hospitality, and getting it signed by Chef Quatrano (books available at the Cathedral store).
