Suzanne combines her experience working with some of the industry's most creative chefs (Richard Blais and Eli Kirshtein) with her appreciation of time-honored techniques to bring us breakfast and lunch all made from scratch. She uses sustainable, local ingredients, and her monthly fried chicken nights are not to be missed! Let's just say, feeling cozy isn't an issue when Chef Suzanne is around.
