Fall Hours. Also, cheese. Also, Oktoberfest.

Saturday, October 1

Along with the cool breeze comes a change in PRFM hours—hit the snooze button one more time, then join us from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. from now through December 17! This week, start prepping for holipalooza by learning about cheese with farm-to-table goddess Chef Hilary White (The Hil at Serenbe). The tasting portion of this free cheese pairing class is limited to 25 people—first come, first served—but all are welcome to listen and learn about marrying delicious Market cheeses with products from other fabulous Market vendors!

Wednesday, October 5

Every Wednesday from 4:30 to 8:00 p.m., take a break to grab a beer, dinner, and restock your fridge. And this week, you won't want to miss Oktoberfest at the market! Enjoy live music by Fiddles of November, Oktoberfest-themed foods and fun...and beer! $20 includes a tasting glass and pours from Creature Comforts, Eventide, Orpheus, and Second Self. Featured foods: Heritage Farms' bratwurst, kielbasa, smoked Polish sausage, and sweet Italian sausages; Garlic Clove Foods' dark ale & sauerkraut pulled pork grain bowl, sausage & sauerkraut fritters, and veggie sauerkraut spring roll; Midnight Marauder's pretzel bun upgrade and chicken currywurst sausage; Flora & Flour's bratwurst pigs in a blanket (feat.
