Funds raised from the Ice Cream Social will support our Rescued Crops to Feed Our Neighbors program. Every week at the end of market, PRFM buys crops from our farmers to donate to a local food pantry. During the 2024 Season, we spent $33,891.25 and purchased 17,492 pounds of fresh produce to donate.
This program provides access to local, fresh fruits and veggies to food insecure neighbors to supplement the shelf-stable groceries they receive from the pantry weekly, Supports our farmers with additional income and Cuts food waste by keeping unsold crops out of the compost bin.
The Market will match each case of water donated! Help keep our unhoused neighbors hydrated and cool by donating water to Clyde's Kitchen at Crossroads Ministry.
