1 package Vanilla Village Snacky Bars SNACKY BARS/GARLIC CLOVE
1/3 cup nut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups finely diced winter squash or pumpkin
1 TBS Pocket Full of Starlight Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS butter
- Prepare Vanilla Village Granola by mixing together Vanilla Village Snacky Bars, 1/3 cup nut butter, 1/4 cup honey and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour onto wax paper and press down. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and crumble.
- Place butter in sauté pan and turn heat to medium. Sprinkle winter squash or pumpkin with brown sugar and sauté until tender and slightly caramelized, about 6 minutes. Let cool.
- To assemble parfaits, layer ingredients in this order: Vanilla Village Granola, vanilla yogurt and sautéed squash or pumpkin until glass is full.
