Vanilla Village Parfaits

1 package Vanilla Village Snacky Bars SNACKY BARS/GARLIC CLOVE
1/3 cup nut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
2 cups finely diced winter squash or pumpkin
1 TBS Pocket Full of Starlight Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS butter

Decorative Mugs

  1. Prepare Vanilla Village Granola by mixing together Vanilla Village Snacky Bars, 1/3 cup nut butter, 1/4 cup honey and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour onto wax paper and press down.  Refrigerate for 30 minutes and crumble.
  2. Place butter in sauté pan and turn heat to medium.  Sprinkle winter squash or pumpkin with brown sugar and sauté until tender and slightly caramelized, about 6 minutes.  Let cool.
  3. To assemble parfaits, layer ingredients in this order:  Vanilla Village Granola, vanilla yogurt and sautéed squash or pumpkin until glass is full.
