Macerated Peaches & Cream over Biscuits

3 cups chopped peaches
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons St. Germaine (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs such as Thai basil
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon

  1. In a large non-reactive bowl, combine peaches, sugar, St. Germaine, chopped herbs, lemon zest and lemon juice. Let peaches sit one hour. If not using right away, refrigerate.


Whipped Cream

4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla

  1. In a large metal bowl, use a hand mixer to begin slowly whipping cream. Add powdered sugar, one tablespoon at a time, until the sugar dissolves. Add vanilla. Increase speed of mixer and whip until cream forms soft peaks. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  2. Serve over a toasted & split FLORA & FLOUR biscuit!
