Gerry’s Quick Pickles


3 lb Cucumbers
2 Tbl. + 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp. Ground Arbol Chilies


  1. Wash, peel and slice cucumbers. Cut into ¾“ chuncks.
  2. Season with salt , sugar and arbol chili powder.
  3. Allow to seasoning to absorb into cucumbers for a few minutes and serve.
